Refund Policy

Scope: This covers paid subscriptions and add‑ons sold by SpyLibrary. We are independent from Facebook/Meta; third‑party platform changes aren’t a refund basis on their own.

1) Money‑Back Window

• New subscriptions: 2‑day money‑back guarantee from initial charge. Ask within 2 days for a full refund.
• Renewals: non‑refundable unless required by law.

2) EU/UK Consumer Right of Withdrawal

If you’re an EU/UK consumer buying for personal use, you may have a 14‑day withdrawal right. By starting the Service immediately, you consent to immediate performance and acknowledge the right may be lost once service is fully performed. Where applicable, we’ll ask for this consent at checkout.

3) No Proration

We don’t prorate partial months/years after the refund window. Cancel before renewal to avoid future charges.

4) When Refunds Don’t Apply

• Abuse or violation of the AUP or Terms.
• Feature requests not yet built or changes in third‑party sites (e.g., Meta UI/API changes).
• Usage far beyond normal limits, data exports completed, or mass downloads already performed.
• One‑time services or add‑ons clearly marked non‑refundable.

5) How to Request

Email contact@spylibrary.com from your account email with: order ID, date, and reason. We usually respond within 2 business days.

6) Chargebacks

File a support request first. Unfounded chargebacks may lead to account suspension and additional verification.

7) Processing Time

If approved, we’ll refund to the original payment method. Your bank/processor controls settlement timing.

8) Changes

We can update this policy. Material changes will be posted; continued use means acceptance.
