No affiliation: SpyLibrary and its Chrome extension are independent. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Facebook or Meta Platforms, Inc. We only process public information and user-submitted data.
By creating an account, installing/using the extension, or accessing the platform (“Service”), you agree to these Terms and our other policies referenced in the footer. If you don’t agree, don’t use the Service.
SpyLibrary lets you: detect store platforms (e.g., Shopify/WordPress) from ad links, save ads to your library, download public ad media (where allowed), and follow ad pages to get alerts when new ads are detected. The extension assists you while browsing Facebook’s Ad Library by reading public data visible to you.
If you give feedback, you allow us to use it without restriction or payment.
Some features may be labeled Beta. Expect bugs and changes. Use at your own risk.
The Service is provided “AS IS.” We disclaim all warranties (express or implied), including fitness, merchantability, and non‑infringement. Data from third parties may be inaccurate or delayed.
We’re not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim is capped at fees you paid to us in the 12 months before the claim.
You’ll indemnify us against claims arising from your misuse, violation of laws/third‑party terms, or content you submit/save.
We may suspend or terminate at any time for violations or risk. You can cancel anytime; access continues until the end of the paid period unless terminated for cause.
We retain account data as needed to operate, comply with legal obligations, or resolve disputes. You can request deletion—see the Privacy Policy.
We can update these Terms. Material changes will be posted. Continued use means acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Venue: courts of England (unless mandatory consumer law says otherwise).
